Mr. Ajay Kumar Choudhary, is the guiding force for the group as a whole. The early stages of CLC’s growth can be attributed to Mr. Ajay Kumar Choudhary to a large extent. In association with the founder of the group Mr. Chiranji Lal Choudhary, it was he, who had seen the massive potential in textile trading and created foundation on which CLC Enterprises was built. With his inspiration, CLC Enterprises never looked back.

Mr. Sitaram Parthasarathy, Director–Works, aged about 50 years, is a textile professional with more than twenty five years of experience in the spinning and weaving industry. He has an impressive track record, both academically and in setting up a number of textile projects and running them successfully. He was awarded Sri Yadalam Subbiah Setty Gold Medal in recognition of the academic distinction achieved by securing First Rank in B. Tech (Textiles), 1984, Bangalore University.

During his tenure with some of the leading groups of the country he underwent various training and traveled extensively for enhancing knowledge, skills, customer management and vetting technology.

His skill sets include benchmarking operational performances for optimization and meeting market and customer requirement, establishing systems for effective management through consistent and best practices.

Mr. Amrit Agrawal, Director–Finance,

Mr. Amrit Agrawal, Director–Finance, aged about 43 years is a finance professional having more than two decades of active front-end progressive experience and responsibility with documented success in the areas of strategic planning, business development , corporate affairs,  implementation under areas of finance, coupled with supervising commercial function, budgeting, compliance, treasury management ,accounts & taxation matters at corporate levels. He possesses ample experience of raising money from equity market via private placement, QIP coupled and debt market not only in India but also in International market for growth and expansion. He has specialty in merger & acquisition, takeovers and restructuring activities.

In last 10 years with group , he is steering the Group’s collective efforts  to expand group’s foot-print in international arena. Handle active front end acquisition dealings encompassing intense negotiations, restructuring financial plans and instruments, transfer of business, statutory approvals etc, and one time settlement &  debts restructuring with  lenders in India and abroad.

He is best known for his boundless energy, resourcefulness, practical and real world perspective that provides best practices and beneficial outcomes to the organization.

He is a Fellow member of the ICAI – New Delhi and ICSI – New Delhi and was awarded merit rank in recognition of the academic distinction by the ICAI – New Delhi.

Mr. Rajeev Kalra is a Director at CVCI's office in Delhi NCR and focuses on private equity investments in India. He has about 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, of which about 14 years have been in the private equity investment management.

Previously, he was a key member and Managing Director at AIF Capital's India office with similar responsibilities. And earlier as the head of the India office of HSBC Private Equity at Mumbai, Mr. Rajeev Kalra focused on identifying and evaluating private equity investment opportunities as well as strengthening the operations of portfolio companies. He started his career with SBI Capital Markets and handled a range of investment banking and corporate finance assignments.

He is a professionally qualified CA and a CFA. He graduated in honours from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and has several academic distinctions to his credit.

Mr. D.P. Singh, working as Chairman of National Institute of Fashion Technology and former Secretary to Government of India Ministry of Textiles and Ministry of Food Processing Industries. Served as Additional Secretary to Government of India Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Steel.

Mr. R.K. Thapliyal, M.A,.(Economics), 35 years of experience in SBI joined as Probationary Officer and retired as Chief General Manager by serving various departments.

Mr. Ranjan Mangtani, Sr. Vice President (Corporate & Legal Affairs) & Company Secretary, B.Sc., LLB from Delhi University and FCS-Felow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries, New Delhi, has 33 years of experience in Public as well as Private sector and have been dealing in Legal, Company Secretarial and Corporate Affair matters throughout in various prestigious set-ups-Manufacturing as well as Service Industries. Since last 25 years, has been heading Legal & Corporate affairs functions and have been supervising as Group Company Secretary to associated Group Companies.
