Mr. Ajay Kumar Choudhary,
is the guiding force for the group as a whole. The early
stages of CLC’s growth can be attributed to Mr.
Ajay Kumar Choudhary to a large extent. In association
with the founder of the group Mr. Chiranji Lal Choudhary,
it was he, who had seen the massive potential in textile
trading and created foundation on which CLC Enterprises
was built. With his inspiration, CLC Enterprises never
looked back.

Mr. Mukund
Choudhary is an able, extra-ordinarily talented
Visionary Leader.
With opening up of textile sector and the momentous
growth envisaged in this sector, he embarked upon
a purposeful and systematic search for change
and opportunity to expand organically and inorganically
his textile business. He single handedly started
rolling out his ambitious plans to create a global
textile conglomerate where Quality

spate of acquisitions, of lately being Tashkent
Toytepa Tekstil Ltd. (now Spentex Tashkent Toytepa

Mr. Kapil
Choudhary devotes his full attention on operations
and marketing aspects in Spentex.
His saga of success and prominence began with
his industrious nature, strong determination and
perseverance coupled with strategic knowledge,
clear vision and proper planning which established
his credentials as a master marketing and networking
specialist par excellence on a global scale. It
was under his leadership that the company has
made successful forays in exports to far off and
developed markets such as Australia, U.K., South
America, Canada, South East Asia, and E.E.C.
His contribution
to the Indian Textile Industry has been honoured
with the company winning The Cotton Textiles Export
Promotion Council (Texprocil) awards for achieving
a high level of exports for the last five years.
He has also been a part of many Government sponsored
Trade Delegations. Apart from his marketing network,
he has keen interest in golf and has also won
prizes in various tournaments. |

Mr. Sitaram
Parthasarathy, Director–Works, aged about
46 years, is a textile professional with more than two
decades of experience in the spinning and weaving industry.
He has an impressive track record, both academically
and in setting up a number of textile projects and running
them successfully. He was awarded Sri Yadalam Subbiah
Setty Gold Medal in recognition of the academic distinction
achieved by securing First Rank in B. Tech (Textiles),
1984, Bangalore University.
During his tenure
with some of the leading groups of the country he underwent
various training and traveled extensively for enhancing
knowledge, skills, customer management and vetting technology.
His skill sets include
benchmarking operational performances for optimization
and meeting market and customer requirement, establishing
systems for effective management through consistent

Mr. Amrit
Agrawal, Director–Finance, Chartered Accountant
& Company Secretary, having more than 14
years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts
and Secretarial matter at the corporate level.
In 2001 as Finance
Controller cum Company Secretary, he successfully handled
the de-merger of its textile division with CLC Global
Ltd. and was elevated to the position of CFO. His visible
leadership is exemplified in his active front end dealings
encompassing intense negotiations, restructuring financial
plans and instruments, and seeking settlement for acquisition.
He has also been instrumental in obtaining national
and international funding from CVC through debt and
equity, QIP, private placements, debt convertible into
equity, unsecured loans and subordinate loans for facilitating
acquisitions of new companies both in India and abroad.
