In association with the founder of the group Mr. Chiranji Lal Choudhary, it was he, who had seen the massive potential in textile trading and created foundation on which CLC Enterprises was built. With his inspiration, CLC Enterprises never looked back.

Choudhary devotes his full attention on operations
and marketing aspects in Spentex.
His saga of success and prominence began with
his industrious nature, strong determination and
perseverance coupled with strategic knowledge,
clear vision and proper planning which established
his credentials as a master marketing and networking
specialist par excellence on a global scale. It
was under his leadership that the company has
made successful forays in exports to far off and
developed markets such as Australia, U.K., South
America, Canada, South East Asia, and E.E.C.
His contribution
to the Indian Textile Industry has been honoured
with the company winning The Cotton Textiles Export
Promotion Council (Texprocil) awards for achieving
a high level of exports for the last five years.
He has also been a part of many Government sponsored
Trade Delegations. Apart from his marketing network,
he has keen interest in golf and has also won
prizes in various tournaments. |

Agrawal, Director-Finance, aged about 48 years is a finance professional having more than two decades of active front-end progressive experience and responsibility with documented success in the areas of strategic planning, business development, corporate affairs, implementation under areas of finance, coupled with supervising commercial function, budgeting, compliance, treasury management ,accounts & taxation matters at corporate levels. He possesses ample experience of raising money from equity market via private placement, QIP coupled and debt market not only in India but also in International market for growth and expansion. He has specialty in merger & acquisition, takeovers and restructuring activities.
In last 15 years with group, he is steering the Group’s collective efforts to expand group’s foot-print in international arena. Handled active front end acquisition, ARC dealings encompassing intense negotiations, restructuring financial plans and instruments, transfer of business, statutory approvals, HR, procurement, CDR, and one time settlement & debts restructuring with lenders in India and abroad.
